Production House

KeyLAB is a production house and a creative hub.
We bring together independent artists, managers, producers, and promoters to collaborate, share resources, and amplify each other’s work — not compete. Our model is simple: co-create music, promote releases, and split revenue fairly, like a label but without the hierarchy.
We work remotely, offering production, mixing, artist strategy, visuals, and press materials. Ready to connect? Let’s build something together.

ABOUT US

Agata Rusakova

Hi, I’m Agata Rusakova. I’m an artist manager, promoter, organizer, and music PR specialist. I work side by side with independent musicians — right now with Zavtrakkusto, Ericka Janes, and YOUJNEE; in the past with singer Vassa Zheleznova and pianist Stanislav Korchagin.I lead PR for the Colisium International Music Forum and help artists shape their strategies, write their stories, and craft words that sound like them. In 2023, I co-curated the artist management program at the Fabrika Muzyki creative residency. My work lives where management, promotion, and storytelling meet. I help artists organize, get heard, and find their language — with their audience, with the industry, and with themselves.

Elen Zack

And I’m Elen Zack, a music producer and sound engineer. I work across film, theatre, television and live music.I’m drawn to everything that has to do with sound — from large-scale events to small, independent projects. I’ve worked on the Olympic Games in Tokyo and Paris, recorded and mixed movies and theatre shows, worked in television, collaborated with indie artists and written original music for film.I feel at home both in the studio and on set. I like projects where sound isn’t just a technical element, but a part of the story — shaping the atmosphere, holding the audience’s attention and quietly carrying the narrative forward.I often wear several hats: music producer, sound engineer and composer. It helps me see the full picture and find solutions that work both creatively and technically.

We are two people building a life together, setting out from Russia in search of freedom and dignity. We believe everyone deserves to be themselves and to live in a world where equality, respect, and opportunity are real for all.Our journey is about creating space for connection, exchange, and mutual inspiration. We welcome those who share these values — no matter their background or identity. We stand for equality, diversity, and a future where everyone can grow, be heard, and belong. Together, through understanding and support, we can make meaningful change.Join us on the journey.

ABOUT PROJECT

KeyLAB is a production house and a creative hub built on collaboration. We’re here to create a space where independent artists, managers, producers, and promoters don’t just network — they work together. A place where people write, release, and promote music side by side, sharing skills, audiences, and ideas. No competition, no gatekeeping — just a community that makes each other stronger.

Our starting point is us: music producer Elen Zack and manager/promoter Agata Rusakova. We’re open to working with artists, managers, and producers from anywhere in the world. What we offer is a partnership of equals — like working with a label, but without the contracts or top-down structure. Just shared projects and fair splits.

KeyLAB works fully remotely. We arrange and mix tracks, shape artist stories and strategies, craft press releases, and more. Our partnership has already proved itself — and we’re ready to build more.If this sounds like your kind of space, let’s connect.
